I build things.
All of them.
I'm Emmanuel Temidire Durojaiye — most people call me Element. Software engineer by training. Full-stack and data practitioner by practice. Certified product and project manager by necessity. Founder of Techafil, based in Abuja, Nigeria.
I wrote my first line of code in 2016, during my first year of college. What started as curiosity turned into a degree and a career. By 2019 I had moved into Python and data analytics — then in early 2020 into project management, and later that year into product management. Each layer built on the last. I didn't set out to span this many disciplines; I just kept following the next interesting problem until I could solve it end to end.
Over the years I've freelanced as a developer and built genuine depth as both a product and project manager — not as job titles, but as skills I've used on real work with real clients. That combination is rare, and it's what makes me useful on complex builds where the technical and the strategic have to work together.
I founded Techafil to prove something: that you don't need to leave Nigeria — or Africa — to do world-class engineering work for global clients. Everything I build is in service of that mission.
