What I build for you.

One engineer across the full stack — code, data, and strategy. I work independently, and when a project needs a full team, Techafil — my engineering company — steps in.

Full-Stack Development

End-to-end product engineering — frontend to backend to deployment.

Project-based

I design and build complete web products from scratch. React frontends, Node.js or Python backends (Django, Flask, FastAPI), PostgreSQL databases, auth systems, file storage, email pipelines — all production-ready, all in one engagement.

How it works
01Brief

You share the goal, constraints, and any design refs or brand assets.

02Scope

I define the full technical architecture, timeline, and cost — agreed before any code is written.

03Build

Frontend, API, database, auth, and deployment — all in one engagement with regular updates.

04Ship

Deployed to production, documented, and handed over. 2-week post-launch support included.

What's included
  • React 18 + TypeScript frontend
  • Node.js / Express or Python backend
  • Django · Flask · FastAPI
  • PostgreSQL + Prisma / Django ORM
  • JWT auth with role-based access control
  • Cloudflare R2 file storage & CDN
  • CI/CD pipeline + deployment
  • Lighthouse 90+ performance baseline
Best for

Founders, startups, and businesses that need a working product — not just a design file.

You walk away with
  • Live production URL
  • Full codebase handed to your repo
  • Technical documentation
  • 2-week post-launch support

Data & Analytics

From raw data to decisions your team can actually act on.

Project-based or retainer

I build the infrastructure that makes your data trustworthy, then turn it into dashboards and reports that drive real decisions. ETL pipelines, dbt transformations, Airflow orchestration, BigQuery warehousing — and the analytics layer on top.

How it works
01Audit

I review your existing data sources, quality, and what decisions you're trying to make.

02Model

I design the transformation layer — defining what 'clean' and 'reliable' means for your use case.

03Build

Pipeline ingestion, dbt transforms, Airflow scheduling, and warehouse load — all production-grade.

04Deliver

Live dashboards, documented metrics, and a team that can actually use the data.

What's included
  • ETL pipeline design & implementation
  • dbt transformation layer
  • Airflow scheduling & orchestration
  • BigQuery / PostgreSQL data warehouse
  • Metabase dashboards & KPI reporting
  • Cohort analysis & funnel reporting
  • Data documentation & lineage
Best for

Teams sitting on data they can't use — or using it badly.

You walk away with
  • Live, scheduled data pipeline
  • Metabase dashboard with agreed KPIs
  • dbt project with full documentation
  • Data dictionary

Product Management

Strategy, roadmap, and delivery — from someone who also writes the code.

Per sprint or retainer

PSPO III certified — the highest Scrum Product Owner credential. I work with founders and product teams to define what gets built, why, and in what order. I run Agile delivery properly: real sprint planning, structured backlogs, and retrospectives that actually change how the team works — not just ticking boxes. Because I also write code, I can sit in engineering stand-ups, challenge estimates, and spot technical risks before they become scope problems.

How it works
01Discover

Discovery sessions with you and your users — understanding the problem before touching the solution.

02Prioritise

A ranked backlog built on user value and technical feasibility. Every item has a clear 'why' before it's scheduled.

03Sprint

Agile delivery in structured sprints — planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives run properly, every cycle.

04Measure

OKRs, KPIs, and honest retrospectives. What shipped gets measured. What didn't work gets fixed.

What's included
  • Product discovery & user research
  • Roadmap definition & prioritisation
  • Agile sprint planning & backlog grooming
  • Engineering stand-ups & unblocking
  • Go-to-market strategy
  • OKR & KPI framework setup
  • Stakeholder communication & reporting
Best for

Founders who need a product brain without hiring a full-time PM.

You walk away with
  • Prioritised product roadmap
  • Groomed sprint backlog
  • OKR & KPI framework
  • Stakeholder report template

What clients say.

Element delivered exactly what we needed — fast, clean, and with zero back-and-forth. Rare to find an engineer who also thinks like a product manager.

How it works

The process — every time.

01Brief

You tell me what you need. I ask the right questions until I fully understand the problem, the constraints, and the goal.

02Scope

I define exactly what will be built, by when, and at what cost. No vague estimates — a clear, agreed scope before any work starts.

03Build

I execute. Regular updates, no disappearing acts. You always know where things stand.

04Ship

Deployed, documented, and handed over cleanly. Post-launch support included for 2 weeks on every engagement.

FAQ

Common questions.

Yes — always. I'm based in Abuja but all my work is remote-first. I've worked with clients across Africa, Europe, and North America without issue.

Send me a message via the contact page. We'll have a short call to understand the project, then I'll send a scope document and proposal within 48 hours.

Absolutely. I'm comfortable dropping into an existing codebase, working within a team's processes, or leading a small team. I adapt to whatever structure you have.

I'm not a graphic designer, but I build interfaces that look good and work well. Most of my projects are designed in-browser using established design systems. If you need brand identity work, I'll tell you upfront.

Depends on scope. Simple sites: 1–2 weeks. Full-stack MVPs: 4–8 weeks. Data pipelines: 2–4 weeks. I've shipped a production MVP in 11 days when scope was tight and clear.

Yes — retainer arrangements are available for clients who need ongoing engineering, data work, or product management beyond a single project.

Service-specific

At minimum: a clear idea of what the product should do, who it's for, and any design references or brand assets you have. I don't need a finished design — I'll help define scope and structure from a rough brief. The clearer the goal, the faster we move.

No — messy, inconsistent data is exactly what the pipeline is designed to handle. I'll audit your sources first, define what 'clean' looks like for your use case, and build the transformation layer accordingly. If the data is truly unusable, I'll tell you upfront rather than building on a broken foundation.

Enough to make decisions, not enough to slow things down. I'll run discovery, own the roadmap, and manage the backlog — but I need you accessible for priority calls and feedback. Expect 2–3 hours of your time per week, not 20.

Yes — this is a common setup. I'll embed with your existing team, learn their processes, and take over scope, timeline, and stakeholder management without disrupting what's already working. I'm comfortable leading teams I didn't hire.
